We are announcing an extension of the request for applications for the 2015-2016 Pilot & Feasibility Grants Program of the NIH/NIDDK-sponsored Chicago Center for Diabetes Translation Research (CCDTR) at the University of Chicago. The CCDTR is led by Dr. Marshall Chin along with Associate Directors Drs. Arshiya Baig, Deborah Burnet, Elbert Huang , and Monica Peek.
The application deadline will be December 2, 2015, 5pm Central Time. Please see the attached announcement and a PDF of the PHS 398 form for information regarding required sections for submission (Sections 4 and 5).
Please circulate widely among colleagues both within the University of Chicago and at academic medical centers throughout greater Chicago. Eligible candidates must be members or affiliate members of the CCDTR.
