News

On March 17, 2021 R. Tamara Konetzka, PhD testified in front of the Senate Finance Committee.  The hearing title was A National Tragedy: COVID -19 in the Nation’s Nursing Homes.  This link provides the complete hearing:  https://www.finance.senate.gov/hearings/a-national-tragedy-covid-19-in-the-nations-nursing-homes

Prof. Konetzka is the Louis Block Professor of Public Health Sciences and the College, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Medicine, Section of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine.  She is also an Associate Director for the Center for Chronic Disease Research and Policy (CDRP).
