A Church-Based Diabetes Education Program
TOWN HALL MEETING
The Picture Good Health program was part of a research study evaluating an eight-week church-based diabetes education program at two Catholic churches in Little Village. You are invited to a town hall meeting to hear about the program from a panel of people who were involved in it, learn the results of the study, and discuss next steps.
