Eleventh Annual Research Symposium and Poster Session

The Center for Chronic Disease Research and Policy is accepting abstracts for its 11th Annual Research Symposium. All investigators are invited to submit abstracts on topics pertaining to chronic diseases and health care policy.
Abstracts will be accepted through October 15, 2023, at 11:00 pm CDT. Abstracts submitted to research conferences over the last year are welcome, as well as works in progress. First authors will receive a decision notification via email on / before October 23, 2023. Authors may submit more than one abstract.
Authors must be available to present their poster in-person from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
Guidelines for an abstract:
Provide a title (50 words or less), author list and affiliations, and an unreferenced abstract (250 words or less) in a single document.

Abstracts must include the following sections:
Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions / Implications
Guidelines for a poster:
Posters should be 48” W x 36” H maximum.
Posters should be placed on display in the morning during registration.
Posters should be removed by authors at the end of the symposium.
Any posters left after 3:00 pm will be discarded.
