Researchers from the University of Chicago have published the results from their DIAMOND randomized trial. The study evaluated the cost-effectiveness of continuous glucose monitoring for adults with type 1 diabetes compared with self-monitoring of blood glucose.
The University of Chicago researchers represent the Section of General Internal Medicine and the Center for Chronic Disease Research and Policy. This group was joined by researches from NORC and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
